Our Savory Cherry Breakfast Sandwich is made with with a pan fried egg, bacon, fresh avocado, sliced tomato, Cherry Pepper Jelly, all on a Brioche Bun. Kind of spicy, kind of buttery, kind of crunchy, totally over the top.

What ingredients are needed for this breakfast sandwich?

You can easily scale this recipe up or down, depending on how many mouths you are feeding.

How To Make These Savory Cherry Breakfast Sandwiches

First, make your bacon so that it is ready to go! While making this recipe for ourselves, we found that one piece cut in half is just the right amount per sandwich.

Next, split your brioche buns in half and toast them by spreading a little butter on the inside and placing in the oven or air fryer at 350 degrees for 3 minutes.

Third, pan fry your eggs to your liking. We cooked ours over easy and seasoned them with salt and red pepper flakes to add to the spice level! All you need to do is, crack your eggs, season, and cover.

Finally, add a generous amount of Cherry Pepper Jelly to the bottom buns, and assemble your sandwich with your avocado and tomato.

We stirred in a blend of hot and mild pepper to our delectable Cherry Jam to create Cherry Pepper Jelly. A customer favorite and easy addition to savory dishes!

The great thing about this recipe is that it is customizable! Add pepper jack cheese, spinach, or change out the brioche bun with a croissant.

  • 1 Jar Cherry Pepper Jelly
  • 4 Brioche Buns (toasted)
  • 4 Slices Thick Cut Bacon
  • 1 Sliced Tomato
  • 1 Sliced Avocado
  • 4 Pan-Fried Eggs

  • Microwave, bake, or pan fry your bacon to the desired crispiness. Set aside.
