- 1 Jar Cherry Pepper Jelly
- 4 Brioche Buns (toasted)
- 4 Slices Thick Cut Bacon
- 1 Sliced Tomato
- 1 Sliced Avocado
- 4 Pan-Fried Eggs
Microwave, bake, or pan fry your bacon to the desired crispiness. Set aside.
Butter your brioche buns and toast them in the oven or air fryer at 350° for 3-4 minutes. Once toasted, spread a generous amount of cherry pepper jelly onto the bottom bun.
Pan fry your eggs and season with salt and red pepper flakes. Once cooked, Slice your avocado and tomato.
