Ooey Gooey Three Grilled Cheese

We assigned our head chef with the enviable task of using our Savory Cherry Fig Jam in a delicious grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices White or Sourdough Bread
  • 1 Tbsp Rosemary Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Savory Cherry Fig Jam
  • 1 Slice White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Slice Muenster Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • First, slice bread into 1/2 inch pieces. Next, pour Parmesan cheese onto a plate.
  • Spread one side of two pieces of bread with rosemary butter. Next, place the bread, butter side down, into the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the bread in a nonstick skillet, butter and cheese side down, on medium heat.
  • Quickly top with white cheddar & muenster cheeses, then slather with Cherry Fig Jam. When cheese is melted, flip one piece of bread on top of the other.
  • Last, but certainly not least, cut in half and enjoy with family and friends.
