On April 22 we will mark Earth Day, one of our favorite holidays of the year. This year we are celebrating several exciting new environmental initiatives throughout Cherry Republic, including the use of:

  • Biodegradable packing peanuts that are made from organic starch and decompose in water leaving no toxic waste. They are also FDA compliant and static-free!
  • Sustainable wine corks derived from renewable sugarcane-based raw materials. Eco-friendly packaging that uses film with a minimum 20% post-consumer recycled plastic.
  • Solar panels that power the homes of three Cherry Republic employees thanks to the financial support of Cherry Republic.
  • Renewable energy credits that continue to allow our company to work toward a net-zero carbon footprint.

We’ll keep you updated as we add more green initiatives to our renewable energy quiver!
