- 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
- 2 16oz jars Cherry Republic Cherry Salsa (mild, original, hot, or combination)
- 48oz low-sodium chicken broth
- 48oz Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1tsp cumin
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 16oz frozen corn niblets
Mix all ingredients in large stockpot. Bring to a boil. Boil for 20 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer slowly until time to serve! This recipe also freezes great!
