Cherry Republic Fall Recipe Contest – Honorable Mention
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of Cherry Republic Ruby Red Morsels of Joy
- 1 box Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons melted margarine (more if needed when making the topping)
Follow the directions for the hot roll mix through step #4. Spread dough on greased cookie sheet.
Drain cherries and spread over the dough.
(Save the cherry juice to drink later!)
Crumble Topping Directions:
Mix flour and sugar. Add the melted butter a little at a time while mixing with dry ingredients to form crumble topping.
Spread the topping over the cherries.
Bake @375 for 30 minutes.
