Cherryaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps

/3 Cup dried Montmorency cherrie

Cherryaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps


1 1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked & diced

2 Tbsp. canola oil

6 Tbsp. Cherry Republic’s Cherryaki sauce

1 1/2 Cup  shredded carrots

2/3 Cup Montmorency Dried Cherries, chopped

1/2 Cup green onions, chopped

1/3 Cup almonds, toasted & sliced

2  heads of lettuce(iceberg or romaine), washed


Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat, cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes on each side, remove when cooked and cool, dice

In a large bowl add chicken and Cherryaki sauce toss until coated, add remaining ingredients and mix together

On a large sheet tray, lay out large lettuce leaves, spoon chicken filling onto each lettuce leaf. Serve and enjoy!!
